What to Include in Your Message
A few details help us answer faster:
- The page address (URL) you are writing about
- The company, plan and contract version or date, if it is about a review
- A link or copy of the document that supports your point, such as the plan agreement
- What you would like us to check or change
Corrections and Updates
We build our reviews from each company’s published agreement and its BBB profile, and we show the contract date next to every score. If a company publishes a newer agreement, or you find a mistake, send us the document and the page address.
